Academics

The Registration Process

New students will schedule classes with an admissions representative; current students will contact the director of their department (listed in the college directory section) or academic advisor to schedule for subsequent terms. Each program director is available to counsel students regarding their academic progress. Registration begins in Week 7 of each term. Students can purchase textbooks during final registration week beginning in Week 11. Full-time enrollment is 12 to 19 credit hours per term. Part-time enrollment is less than 12 credit hours.

Students with outstanding balances will not be permitted to register for future quarters or receive transcripts. Graduates will not receive a degree, diploma, or transcript until the balance owed is paid in full. Midstate College reserves the right at the time of registration to require full payment from students who have failed in the past to pay tuition and fees on time.
