| In
your first quarter of attendance, your Admissions Representative
will assist you with your schedule. In your second quarter
you will need to follow the procedure outlined below. Registration
dates and times will be posted. Two full weeks are available
for registration.
Students will need to see their department director (listed
below). A tentative schedule will be prepared for the student
to review which the student will sign indicating those classes
that are agreeable. A “Petition to Graduate” form
must be completed at the time in which the student registers
for their last term of classes.
Students with outstanding balances will not be permitted
to register for future quarters or receive transcripts. Graduates
will not receive a degree, diploma, or transcript until the
balance owed is paid in full. Midstate College reserves the
right at the time of registration to require full payment
from students who have failed in the past to pay tuition and
fees on time.
During final exam week of each quarter, students
must complete their registration process through the
Financial Assistance Department. This may be done
between the hours of 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Monday
through Thursday and 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM on
Friday. If other arrangements are necessary please
contact the Financial Assistance Department. Any
excess funds released to the student from federal
financial funding will be available on a weekly basis.
It is necessary for students to have a personal
interview with the Financial Assistance Department.
There is a $10.00 charge for any schedule change
after final registration.
