Weight Loss and Health Program at Midstate College
The Wellness and Health Initiative Program (WHIP) has several components including the Weight Loss Support Group. Meeting as a group is a great way to address concerns, to obtain and provide support, and to learn
and reinforce healthy habits for life. The program is designed to focus on weight loss as well as recognize overall health improvements. Improvements can include but are not limited to weight loss, smaller clothing sizes, reduction in medication, increase
in exercise, obtaining goals, and more.
Date: Every Wednesday
Weigh-in Times: 11:30 to 12:00 in Room 212 (Rhonda’s office)
Meeting Times 12:00 to 12:30 in Room 208
The weigh-in session is private and all weights are kept confidential.
