Biography

I began working at Midstate as the Assistant to the Director of eLearning in the fall of 2009. In the winter of 2010, I moved into an Administrative Support position for the President/CEO and was afforded many interdepartmental learning opportunities. Starting late June, 2012, I served as interim Admissions Representative for about nine months before moving into my current role as Institutional Research Assistant.

During my free time I enjoy producing music electronically and learning different editing software for PC and Mac systems.

  I graduated online in February of my senior year while living in Cincinnai, Ohio. I find that having graduated with Blackboard as a learning management system has helped me understand the fundamentals of eLearning. My experience with eLearning prior to working and going to school with Midstate has also expanded my comprehension of processes and procedures of eLearning Programs.

Work Experience

• Fox River Resort (2008–2009)
  Registrar

  I helped members get registered before entering their rooms at the resort, dealt with customer complaints, and made sure that rooms with questionable quality were suitable for members' occupancy.
