Admissions Representative

Description: This position will focus on recruitment, specific marketing, and outreach of students. This representative will focus outreach strategies on improving awareness of the related educational and career opportunities and work in conjunction with the program directors to provide demonstrations to high school students, non-traditional learners seeking retraining for a new career, and other targeted markets.
Another focus will be to market the College's retraining opportunities to recruit potential students to hone their skills and/or transition into other fields or obtain a related baccalaureate degree.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Project a professional image and provide outstanding customer service

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Organize and execute around multiple priorities

- Motivate others to act, to include overcoming objections and resistance to change

- Work days and some evenings and Saturdays, if required

- Minimum of Bachelor's degree and experience in area of responsibility of related area preferred. Experience in sales is beneficial

- The candidate must have superior verbal, written and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task; ability to organize, complete, and process paperwork is beneficial

Student Records Assistant

Description: The Student Records Department is seeking a part-time student records assistant to assist with facets of managing central student records and other Registrar's Office functions, with primary responsibility being receptionist in front office. Duties include:

- Providing customer service
- Answering multiline phone system
- Maintaining student records
- Processing various requests
- Answering student inquiries
- General office duties.

Candidates should possess the following credentials:

- The ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment;

- Excellent customer service skills;

- Superior verbal, written, and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task;

Hours: Monday thru Thursday, 3:30pm-9:30pm, and Saturdays, 9:00am-12:00pm, with a flexible schedule to accommodate possible Friday daytime hours.

Adjunct Faculty Member - Applicant Pool (Ongoing)

Description: It is strongly encouraged that individuals wishing to apply for an adjunct faculty member position attach a cover letter, current resume, college transcripts (both undergraduate and graduate) and any other professional certifications to their email. The adjunct applicant's information is then placed into a "pool," this means no employment process will begin until an adjunct faculty need exists. Applicable Deans have direct access to the applicant information pool and will use the pool to identify, interview, and hire adjunct faculty members when necessary. Adjunct faculty members should have the following credentials in order to apply:

- Bachelor level courses: Minimum of a Master's degree in your desired specialty or a Master's Degree with at least 18 credit hours in the course specialty
Associate/Diploma level courses: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in your desired specialty or a Bachelor's with at least 18 graduate credit hours in the course specialty

- Teaching experience preferred;

- If applicable, proof of certification, education, professional development, continuing education required;

- Ability to support Flex Learning delivery (Flex courses offer personalized learning where students can choose each week whether they want to attend on-campus, via eLearning, or both.);
